  This place sucks. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone that knows anything, or will return your call. Called these guys asking about getting a wind resistant chimney cap put on my fireplace; woman knew nothing about this and was supposed to have someone that knew more about it call me back. Nothing. So I call back, same thing, and no call back. Guess they’re too busy or don’t need the business!
